I've never really cared about New Year

Seriously.

Still not sure? Let me repeat: I've never cared about New Year. And when I say that, I'm talking about the party. To give you an idea, this year—like 99% of the previous years—I spent the night sleeping.

Here in Brazil, everything that's touristy gets super crowded and way more expensive. The roads get dangerous because many people drive under the influence. In less touristy cities, the streets are empty, and most places shut down (even cafés and restaurants).

So for me, the best option has always been: stay home, have a nice meal with my family 😋, and avoid New Year's specials (which, let's be honest, get worse every year) and just watch a good movie.

What I'm trying to say is that I don't believe New Year's is a magical day.

For me, a magical day is when you, on your own, listen to that nagging feeling or desire deep down in your heart and decide to take action to change something in your life—even if it's just a baby step.

It's the day you finally left that toxic relationship, the day you actually started going to the gym, the day you signed up for that course to learn something you've always wanted...

For me, it was the day I opened a random document on Word.

Two quick clicks, as fast as a thought, and in front of me was the start of my book manuscript, the realization of a dream I've had since I was a kid.

That said, the only thing I wish for you in 2025 is that it is filled with magical days.🍾✨
